The program comprises three stand-alone training and development modules, that are designed to give both the knowledge and plenty of coaching practice, so that team leaders from day one are able to apply at work what they learn at the training.

About the course

Modules can be taken separately to address specific learning needs, or can be combined to have a comprehensive learning experience.
