Our Vision

We envision a world where leaders operating in organizations (public, private, for-profit and not-for-profit) nurture a view of creating value that is in harmony with satisfying the human needs of people involved in or touched by their organizations.

We envision organizations whose people commit to building quality relationships as the first step towards building quality environments that allow individuals to be at their best and do their best.

We envision organizations as conversational systems, whose people believe that staying in dialogue is key to inspiring collaboration from individuals, and is the prime strategy to win their engagement in giving their highest and best contributions in reaching the organizations’ top objectives.

Those people will recognize that language is active and generative, and will be conscious of their intentions, and will use collaborative communication to support their intentions.

We call these organizations ‘living environments’.

Our Mission

Using the processes of Collaborative Communication (NVC), Appreciative Inquiry, and Coaching, our mission is to work with leaders to build organizations that are ‘living environments’, that value the needs of all of their stakeholders, and robustly fulfill their purpose.
